I found that the workers were very pleasant. They never tried to weasel out of taking anything, either. Large pieces of old furniture and office sized filing cabinets were moved without once hitting a door frame or wall. Now, I think that the measurement system needs to be better defined. It was a little hard to understand what constituted a pickup or a truck load. Our lead mover underestimated the size of the load, by the way and had to come back the next day- thus, we had to pay more than the original quote.
