If an agreement is made, you set an appointment within a 2-hour window of your choice.
2. Wait for a return phone call
   This return call is made about half an hour before the scheduled appointment. It is made mainly for reassurance and to confirm your availability. You will also be informed when the crew is dispatched.
3. Arrival of the technicians
   Our team of polite, friendly and helpful individuals will arrive and work fast. We will take any necessary action to ensure that they do not disturb you or your property.
4. Your junk is hauled away
